    Dayna has taught me so many things but what she has taught me about food has changed my life. I had no idea how much food plays a part in how your body looks and feels.     I did the TNT Determinite Challenge through my sister's website, and it pushed me a lot farther then I've been pushed in a while. My goal now is to get abs, and I don't plan on stopping until I have them. I still watch what I eat, concentrating now on when I should be eating it, and I will always continue that. You have to want the change. Everyone can do it. But you have to really want to change your body. It's not easy, and it doesn't happen overnight. It's a lifestyle change.
