If you want to take a healthy approach in your life in 2018, then you’re going to have to take BIG action! However, sometimes it’s easy to set BIG goals and then fail to take big steps forward. I know this is something I have done many times before!

I think the reason for failing and sometimes many times before we get to our goal, is:

We are afraid…of failing, or of what people may think….

We let our perceived limitations stop us from believing that we can actually do it. Ex. “Who am I to do this?” or “Why would anyone think that I can accomplish this?” or what about the classic one, “I’m not going to lose the weight, because I will give up…..”

We don’t know how to reach our goals.

We fail at doing things that we must do to make it really happen, and we simply don’t make enough time for it and simply we don’t make it a priority.

If you want to accomplish your goals and have an amazing year, and achieve your ultimate goal they you have to make sure that your excuses don’t stop you. You have to be prepared to show up to your dreams and goals and become the ultimate success story.

Setting Yourself a REALLY big goal to reach in 6 weeks, something that will stretch and challenge you!

You will schedule your workouts, with the workouts that you will be provided with, and easy meal prepping to help you make this goal happen.

You will schedule workouts in your calendar (with the provided workouts from the DDF program), and prep and prepare meal with the easy meal prepping plan given to you with your trainer, Dayna.

You will commit to yourself that this will happen, by keeping yourself consistent and accountable.

  • -30 minute personal call from Dayna to get your nutrition on track, right from the beginning.
  • -A printable Get Lean Meal Guide, Get Lean Meal Guide Food Lists, Get Lean Meal Guide Recipes.
  • -Over 300 healthy and fit recipes that will make you feel like you’re eating the real thing.
  • -Either 1 hour-3 functional weekly full body workouts or 5-body specific 30-minute workouts both including videos to help with form and demonstration of the moves.
  • -Weekly journal check-ins with your trainer.
  • -Many Cardio workouts–from 15 minutes to 1 hour workouts.

Once you receive your first email from Dayna Deters Fitness after you sign-up for the 6-WEEK TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE, print off the 1st Week of the DAYNA DETERS FITNESS 6-WEEK CHALLENGE workbook and nutritional guide, which is where we will sort out your short term goals, along with the days you are going to work out, and meal prep dates to keep you on track and accountable.
Step 3:
Listen to the Dayna Deters Fitness Challenge Week 1 video, where Dayna will give you tips and tricks to get you rockin’ out on your first few weeks of the challenge.  
Step 4: 
Get familiar with the points system, and what are they you ask? And how do you track them? 

50 points for every post below:

  • Take a picture of your meal for the Determinite Community Page (this is where you will get feedback, so this one is really important)!
  • Log your weight/or inches (up or down) for 10 points per week (one weigh-in each week for the 10 points), you will need to text those numbers to Dayna. 
  • Posting a picture of your meal on the Private Determinite Community page.
  • Posting a selfie of yourself in workout clothes, either working out, or afterwards on the Private Determinite Community page. 
  • Post either workout or meal selfie on Instagram with #daynadetersfitness with your post. 
  • Participants that have a goal to lose weight/or inches each week will get 50 points per week for progressing toward their goal, you will need to text those numbers to Dayna.
