Do all exercises for one minute per move:

1. (2X) Jumping Jack Squat + (2X) Jumping Jack Plank 
2. Torso Rotation Lunge
3. Curtsey DB Inside Leg
4. Curtsey DB Outside Leg

Repeat 3-4X for SWEATY Christmas Challenge
