WHAT IS DETERMINED FIT GROUP TRAINING?
Determinite Group Training is a form of Threshold Training in which you operate just under your absolute maximum intensity for up to 50 minutes, cycling through three or so sets, each composed of 4 exercises (give or take). These sets are usually repeated 3 times, so it’s similar to interval training. And while not quite HIIT, it’s still incredibly intense. The exercises are a mixture of calisthenics, plyometrics, weight training and sports drills. It’s designed to speed up your metabolism, rev up your aerobic and anaerobic engines, help you burn a large number of calories, and improve your flexibility, and endurance. At the end of each session we will use the myofascial release tool Rollga, to gain flexibility and muscle recovery for fascial health.
WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR FIRST CLASS:
Yoga Mat or towel, water bottle and a Rollga (if you don’t have one, I will provide one for you).

Every Wednesday’s at 5:30 PM, and Saturday’s at 9:30 AM.

I love Dayna’s workouts! She knows how to push you and shows you modifications to each move, if you need them. I love feeling muscles that I haven’t felt in a long time. I feel proud of myself after completing each workout because after each workout, I know I’m walking away stronger.

I love how a group can come together from all different walks of life but share a passion for health and fitness. Dayna’s group training sessions motivate me and push me to do better. She’s always doing something different so I feel like every workout is new and fresh. I’ve become more excited about working out instead of dreading it because I see the results. The group training sessions are great because I see others around me working hard and pushing themselves, and it motivates me to do the same. It’s nice to work out in a group – it’s another way of keeping yourself accountable. Dayna puts together a new, fun, challenging and sweat-inducing workout each session that will keep you coming back for more.
I have been doing Dayna’s group training class since May 2015 and I can truly say she has made me a stronger woman! The workouts are tough yet can be scaled down to every level. She pushes you outside your comfort level and in the end it really pays off. I love the results I have gotten, and that is why I keep coming back week to week. Thanks Dayna!
