Dayna’s program is not only teaching me to be healthy with diet/exercise, but also and most importantly to be kind to myself, to see myself as ENOUGH. That is not easy for a girl with an eating disorder who has spent a good deal of her life hiding in big clothes, putting herself last, and berating her image in the mirror when the scale doesn't agree with unrealistic goals. If there is a will, there is a way. This what I told myself when I made the commitment to start Dayna’s program. It is very easy to find excuses to not exercise or eat healthy. Dayna makes is very easy to do both of those things! She has many recipes available, and exercises that can be done anywhere and for any level.

The hardest thing for me is to find the time. I now get up at 5:00 am to fit in her program.  If I have an early meeting and cannot do 5 am, I will do 10-15 min of the day’s workout during my lunch, and finish the rest later.

After having two kids, I was what you might call a skinny fat. I wasn’t overweight, but was saggy everywhere, and unhealthy. I didn’t want to wear a swimsuit or tank tops because of my flab. I can confidently say that I was feeling much less flabby after just 30 days.

Dedication is the key!! Once you start this program, you will not stop!!!! It is such a great addiction and will make you a happier person. The BEST part is that you can do the workout anywhere. You can work on your laptop while standing doing squats. It can be fun for the kids to join you too! I do an ab workout with my 2 year old sitting on me.  My 5 year old likes to do jumping jacks with me. I have a love/hate relationship with burpees. To get through them, I have my 5 year old count for me. Make it fun!!!

Dayna is such a great mentor, she keeps her clients motivated, positive, and without a doubt, guessing on what workout you will have tomorrow! I did the TNT Determinite Challenge through my sister's website, and it pushed me a lot farther then I've been pushed in a while. My goal now is to get abs, and I don't plan on stopping until I have them. I still watch what I eat, concentrating now on when I should be eating it, and I will always continue that. You have to want the change. Everyone can do it. But you have to really want to change your body. It's not easy, and it doesn't happen overnight. It's a lifestyle change.
