You might have seen my blog post about the Detox Drop (http://daynadetersfitness.com/dropping-like-detox/), I did the 3-day detox and my husband did the 6-day detox. He had different goals than I, and he exceeded his goals and then some.
This is Rusty’s blog on what he thought of The Detox Drop system:
Have you ever wondered sometimes when significant other ask you to do something to simply be the lab rat? If your the type of person that has been in my shoes, you know what I’m talking about! So when my wife asked me to do The Detox Drop about 3 weeks I told her that the only way I was going to do it is if she was on board as well.
We decided to start The Detox Drop on a Monday 10th and so we prepared everything that Sunday before we started. Proper planning with is key to success. Day 1 started with a detox in the morning and to describe the taste–it was like drinking a dry wine. Following were two smoothies for the meals and the homemade carrot ginger soup for my mid-afternoon snack followed by dinner with portions of a protein, fast carb and slow carb. I could feel my energy level was higher than normal through out the day which was a great feeling. I didn’t feel any signs of fatigue or any energy drops over the course of my 6 days of the detox–which I normally need an energy drink to get through my day. Overall, I was very impressed with the ease of this detox and my results were better than I thought I was going to do. All-in-all I lost a total of 8.5 lbs. and a little over 12 inches all over.
