This workout is meant to make you hot and sweaty, burn a ton of calories in a short amount of time. Okay, get your head out of the gutter…this is a real workout. Best thing about this workout is that it will take you 20 minutes to do and you can do it in the comfort of your own home. Talk about efficient!
Hot in the City Workout
Repeat this 4-8X depending on your level of fitness for 20 seconds each exercise.
Advanced-Beginner
Jump squats or regular squats
Push-ups or modified push-ups
Curtsy squat (L)
Curtsy squat (R)
Mountain Climbers
Jump Lunges or forward lunges
Toe Taps on a step
Leg Raises or knee raises
