Yesterday I met with my girl Mandy, and over the last few months we have been getting together to think up more ways to make training more fun, and affordable for everyone. We will be offering two sessions a week starting Thursday August 23rd at 5:30. They will be held every Thursday and Saturday for 10 weeks. It will super afforable at 10.00 per session and the best part is you can work out with your friends. There are limited space so please contact me if you are interested and I be posting again for those that are signed up for Dayna Deters Determined Fitness Newsletters so it will fill up fast!

Mandy and Dayna will be exchanging days so that you get a variety of workouts and your body guessing on what is coming next!

Group Training Session includes:
Personalize workouts that are tailored to shred that unwanted fat and get you in the best shape in your life, just in time for the holidays. To help you reach your best potential we are offering body fat, measurements and weight assessments that will be taken before session 1, 5, and 10. There will be a designed meal plan and healthy recipes included that are included in the package that will get your nutrition on the right track. This is not a boot camp, or an aerobics class this is personal training with your friends and support team. There will be a private Facebook page for those of you that join Made by You Group Training, which will include support from your trainers; you’re friends’ new and old that will motivate you through this new journey.
You can choose to come to either one or both training sessions, but here is the catch there are only 10 Spots available for each day. So email me to reserve your spots, whether you want once or twice a week. Just a little note, that if you want to receive the best results and keep your accountability, coming to both will be more benifical.
Group Training Package: 10 sessions at $ 100.00 or 20 sessions at 180.00 paid in full at your first weigh in.
