This is a little dessert for us last tonight. We had way too many peaches left over and most were starting to go bad –so this was a perfect way to still get use out of them and make something delicious! Serves 3.
9 drops vanilla Liquid Stevia (3 for each peach)
3 teaspoon sucanat
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 packets of stevia
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Place the peaches cut-side up in a baking dish--spray the bottom with coconut non-stick spray or line it with coconut oil.
Fill each peach cavity with 1 teaspoon of sucant, 1 packet of Stevia, 3 drops of liquid Stevia and a dash of cinnamon.
Bake 15 minutes, until the flesh has softened and the tops are browned.
Serve warm, Enjoy!
