Banana Split Protein Muffins

Can you say I’m bananas about muffins??!


Muffin Ingredients:

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1 cup egg whites
½ cup stevia
1 teaspoon of raw cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon banana extract
¼ teaspoon strawberry extract
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of xanthan gum
Optional: 1/2 tbs. Chia Seeds

Frosting Ingredients:

1 large banana
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup stevia (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of cinnamon



Muffin Preparation:

Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
Add all wet and dry ingredients in a blender.
Blend well until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a non-stick muffin pan.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Let cool and add the banana frosting:

Frosting Preparation: 

Add all ingredients in a blender and mix until a smooth texture.
Spread the frosting on the Banana Split Muffins and add a cherry or strawberry as a garnish.
