I’m getting in the kick of this mug cake for breakfast. I added some fruit this time and it was delicious!
Ingredients
1/4 cup egg whites
3/4 scoop protein powder
1 tablespoon unsweetened applesauce
1/8 baking soda
1/8 baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup blueberries
1 packet of stevia
Preparation
Mix all wet and dry ingredients together until smooth.
Spray a large mug with non-stick spray or use parchment paper to line the mug.
Pour all ingredients into the mug and microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds.
It will be a little creamy inside, so expect that.
Add a little extra blueberries and enjoy!
