Sweet and Tangy, Warm and Gooey all describe this wonderful fruit when it has been broiled! Super simple, super delicious and super nutritious! Super! Serving Size: 1 medium size grapefruit.
1/4 teaspoon Stevia (more or less on taste)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (more or less on taste)
Cut the grapefruit in half and place in a glass cooking dish--flesh side up.
Sprinkle cinnamon and Stevia on top.
Set oven to broil (high) for 20-25 minutes or until the grapefruit looks caramelized.
Allow to cool for 3 minutes and enjoy!
