This is my go-to snack when I’m in a rush or in need of a sweet fix.
1/2 cup pure puree pumpkin
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or coconut (unsweetened)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1-2 packets of Stevia
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Optional: 1 teaspoon of pecan nuts or 1 teaspoon mini-chocolate chips.
Mix the pumpkin and protein powder together.
Slowly add the unsweetened vanilla almond milk or coconut milk (unsweetened), and mix until creamy.
Add the Stevia and cinnamon and stir.
Optional: mix in the 1 teaspoon of pecan nuts or 1 teaspoon mini-chocolate chips.
