Chocolate Peanut Protein Pancakes

Try saying that three times fast! If you are looking for a chocolaty fix for breakfast–this is it. Enjoy!


3/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup egg whites
1 teaspoon raw cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of Stevia
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
sprinkle of cinnamon

1 Tbs. PB2
1 Tbs. unsweetened almond milk
1 packet Stevia


Set a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
In a medium bowl, stir together the wet and dry ingredients together.
Spoon 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto the hot skillet. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook until browned on the other side.

PB2 Syrup: I mixed the PB2, milk and Stevia together in a small bowl and add it to the top of the chocolate pancakes. 
Makes 3 pancakes.
