This is one of my favorite weekly breakfast recipes–it is easy to make and super Yumm-O. Enjoy! Serves 1.
2/3 cup egg whites
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1-2 packet for taste of Stevia
Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Pour on a non-stick (or sprayed) frying pan.
Bake like scrambled eggs on medium heat.
Remove and eat warm.
