Ingredients
4 medium apples
1/2 cups of almond meal
2 scoops (1 cup) vanilla protein powder
1 tbs of cinnamon
1/4 cup Stevia
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
dash of salt
Top of apple layer:
1 tbs apple cider vinegar (or substitute it with 1 lemon)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon Stevia
Top of the last layer:
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon Stevia
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wash, core and thinly slice the apples to make them round.
Closely layer all the apples in an 8x8 baking dish.
Drizzle apple cider vinegar or fresh squeezed lemon, 1 teaspoon Stevia and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon on the top of all the layered apples.
In a separate bowl mix together the almond meal, cinnamon, Stevia, apple sauce and salt.
Spread the crumble topping on top of the layered apples and in-between the layers.
Evenly sprinkle the cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of Stevia on top.
Bake for 45 minutes.

Hi! Is the nutritional information correct? Does it include the protein powder?
Yes, if you use the Life Basic’s Protein Powder. If you add toppings than that would also be extra.
