Num…Num…these are soft and super yummy! I have had these for breakfast and snacks lately because they are so good. This makes 9 bars and 1 bar is a serving size.
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 small banana
1/2 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon hazelnut exctract
2/3 cup egg whites
2/3 cup water
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon organic ground coffee
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 cup stevia
1 teaspoon vanilla extracts
Mush the banana first then blend all ingredients together.
Bake it in a 9X9 pan for about 25-30 minutes or until, when poked with a knife, your knife comes out clean.
Once it cools, cut it into bars.
