Cookies ‘n Cream Protein Milkshake


Although it tastes like ice cream, this milkshake is secretly packed with protein and healthy enough for breakfast! It’s easily doubled or tripled to serve more. Makes: 1 smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt or 1 scoop vanilla protein powder + add ½ cup extra unsweetened almond milk
½ cup unsweetened cashew or vanilla almond milk
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp. Stevia
1 cup ice cubes
½ cup chocolate Rice Chex ®

Preparation

1. Add all of the ingredients except the Chex to a blender in the order listed, and pulse until thick and creamy.
2. Add the Chex to the blender, and pulse twice.
3. Serve immediately.
