Fries that are green–gross! No, they are not moldy–they are green beans! You heard me–green bean fries!
Ingredients
1 lbs trimmed green and yellow beans
1 Tbs. olive oil
Sprinkle salt and pepper for taste.
Preparation
Take trimmed green and/or yellow beans, spread them across a cookie sheet and then drizzle with a bit of olive oil and salt to taste.
Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes at 450 degrees.
If the vegetables have reached desired crispiness, take the tray out and allow it to cool.
Optional: To add spice to the dish--add some crushed chili flakes before baking or some diced olives or Ms. Dash no salt added seasonings after and serve.
