Crockpot Pulled Pork Burrito Bowl

You’ll adore this easy and flavorful slow cooker pork recipe. Prep only takes about five minutes, and you’ll have dinner ready and waiting at the end of the day! Super fabulous when you are short on time during the week! Serves 6, and serving size is 2 cups.


1lbs. pork tenderloin
2 tablespoons garlic
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
3/4 cup chicken broth
3 chipotle peppers in Adobe sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
8 cups lettuce
1 cup guacamole
½ cup black beans
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 red onion, chopped
1/2 cup organic corn


Place all in crock pot for 4-5 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
Once cooked shred pork and turn temp to warm.
Serve in bowl with 2 tbsp. guacamole, 2 cups lettuce, 2 tbsp. black beans, 2 tbsp.corn, 2 tbsp. red onion and ¼ cup quinoa for each serving.
