This is a great recipe to cut the sugar and calories from your morning coffee–best yet, it’s easy to make!
1-1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk – room temperature
3 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. extract of choice
optional: (this is where you can play with the flavors I used more vanilla extract.)
1/8 cup Stevia 1/8 tsp. xanthan gum (optional, this will thicken the creamer up)
Extra vanilla extract
In a blender, blend together the unsweetened almond milk and xanthan gum until well combined.
Blend in the extracts and Stevia.
Mix well all together, store in a glass container in the fridge. Good for one week.
