Family meal for cheap, clean eats and the taste is amazing from all six people this weekend! Serves 6 people.
8 egg whites
6 whole eggs
1/4 cup milk (I use unsweetened almond milk)
1/2 cup medium heat organic salsa
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup chopped spinach
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon pink (or sea) salt
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
Chop broccoli and spinach in a mini chopper or food processor (make small pieces).
Mix all together and pour into a 9X13 greased (or non-stick) pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
