Egg Bake Pizza


So Delicious, it smells and taste just like pizza!! This is 1 serving.

Ingredients

Crust:
1/4 cup liquid egg whites
¼ teaspoon basil
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper

Toppings:
1-ounce fat free/low fat cheese, or low-fat feta cheese. (I used DF Almond Mozzarella Cheese)
2 tbs. chopped fresh mushrooms
1 cup baby spinach leaves
1/2 cup (organic) pizza sauce-low sugar
Optional: You can go wild with toppings, the caloric intake is for what is listed.

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Cooking the crust first:
Cook crust first on stove top in non-stick spray pan and cook as if it is a pancake on medium heat.
You will flip the egg pancake once the bottom is completely done. Flip carefully.

Add desired toppings:
Spread on the Pizza Sauce on top of the egg pancake.
Sprinkle spinach leaves (Cooked in microwave with cover for 30-45 seconds to soften).
Sprinkle on the  fat free/low fat mozzarella cheese or low-fat feta cheese.

Lastly:
Place back in oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted to your liking.
Sprinkle extra basil on top.
