These are super delicious for the summer, protein-packed of fabulous goodness!
Ingredients
1 ½ cups blueberries
2/3 cup protein powder, vanilla flavor
1/8 cup Stevia
2 egg whites
¾ cup water
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together.
You can use silicone cupcakes to make 12 Blueberry Protein Mounds. Or spray with non-stick spray and scoop out into 12 muffin cups.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
It’s important to let them freeze completely before eating them. I would say an hour and half in the freezer.
