This is a new favorite of mine for breakfast! Love the fact it is high in protein, low in sugar and it taste like the real deal!
Ingredients
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 teaspoon of xanthan gum (this will thicken it)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1-2 packets of Stevia
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together using a whisk.
Cook the ingredients on the stove top in non-stick spray small frying pan (I used coconut spray). Then cook as if it is a pancake.
Cut into strips to look like small french toast and add some fruit as your topping.
