Have fun with your kids, or be a kid and make these yummy treats!
1/2 cup coconut oil or ½ cup applesauce
3/4 cup organic coconut sugar or no calorie sweetener
1 cup broccoli finely grated
1/2 cup zucchini finely grated
1/2 cup oat flour or almond flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
Whisk eggs, oil or apple sauce, sugar all together in large bowl.
Add the shredded vegetables, flours, cocoa, baking powder and milk to the mix and mix well.
Spoon into greased (or paper lined) mini muffin trays and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
