Okay, my little loves chips. Gasp–I know! So my thoughts were… why don’t I make my own. This is an extremely simple recipe and the chips can be made by whatever your moods is in for!
6 small corn tortilla (or what you prefer, I use the gluten free corn Mission brand)
Flavor: This can be endless, but some flavors I have tried
Cinnamon and Stevia (or without stevia)
Garlic and Onion Powder
Ms. Dash-Extra Spicy
Sea Salt and Pepper
Tip: Sprinkle a little lime or lemon on the top of the tortilla.
Cut the tortillas in little triangles or however you may like.
Lay them out on a non-stick cookie sheet and sprinkle the seasonings on evenly.
Bake the tortilla at 400 degrees for 8-12 minutes.
Make sure to check on them-- they can burn quickly.
Pair it with a meal, or try it my guacamole dip.
