These are devoted to people that love cookies but not all the carbohydrates that come with it. This is my mothers favorite recipe!
1 cup organic peanut butter or nut butter of your choice
3 egg whites
1 cup Truvia
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans and walnuts (optional)
Preheat at 350 degrees.
Mix all wet and dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Fold in the nuts (if you choose) to the peanut butter mixture.
Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes.
Cool and enjoy!
