I love anything with peanut butter and the fast that these are super low in calorie and high in protein–all I can say is that I am hooked! Serving Size: 4 bars
Ingredients
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup water
2/3 cup egg white
2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
1/8 cup Stevia
1/2 cup applesauce unsweetened
1 teaspoon vanilla extracts
Preparation
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together, until lumps are out.
Pour into a 9 X 9 baking dish.
Bake for 22 minutes, if you want the bars firmer leave them in till 25 minutes but watch them.
Take out and let cool in the fridge for 1 hour.
Store in the fridge.
Optional: Add crushed peanut or spread a teaspoon of melted peanut butter on top.
