What’s not to love about banana bread? I love making anything with bananas, even more so with peanut butter added in! After you make this the smell of your house will be one big candle! So good to eat for a snack or breakfast, you will want to make it over and over again! Enjoy! Makes 12 slices, 2 is a serving.
Ingredients
2 bananas
2 eggs
1 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup gluten-free (or regular) quick oats
1/3 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons ground flax meal
1/8 cup stevia
1/3 cup PB2
½ cup unsweetened almond milk (add more or less depending on the mixture’s texture—should not be dry)
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together in bowl, add the unsweetened almond milk slowly till you get a smooth texture.
- Once the mixture is smooth, place the mixture in a non-stick sprayed bread pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Once cooled sprinkle so PB Fit powder.
