Dah! I can’t believe I never thought of this before, but this Sunday Morning I ran out of my unsweetened milk so I either had to make a decision to go to the store or think up something that I could use instead. I haven’t check around for other recipes–but I’m sure I’m not the only one who has thought of this.
But hey, I’m going to post his now because I think it is a good idea! If you drink already made protein shake than you should be fine but if you use powders like me, you may have to try this! This batch will makes 10 servings-2 tablespoons and depending on the protein powder you use–the nutritional content will vary (I use Life Basics Pea Protein).
Ingredients
1 severing (1/2 cup) vanilla protein powder (switch up different protein powder flavors to create a new creamer flavor)
1 teaspoon Stevia
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (you can switch up flavors to create something different)
2 cups filtered water
Preparation
Blend all ingredients into a blender until no clumps from the protein powder.
Pour in your cup right away or store in fridge for a week.
Enjoy your cup of JOE!
