Protein Mug Chocolate Cake

My new addiction: mug protein cake for breakfast! So yummy.


1 scoop chololate protein powder
1/3 cup egg white whites
1 teaspoon raw cocoa
1 teaspoon of baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 packet of stevia
1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk
Optional: 1/8 teaspoon mint extract (flavor of your choice)


Blend all ingredients together.
Spray non-stick spray in a large coffee mug (cover the top if you are using a small one. It may explode).
Microwave 1 minute.

    I have the Life’s Basics Pea Protein powder. Does 1 scoop mean the scoop that comes with it? It is 38.1 grams per 1 scoop.
