My new addiction: mug protein cake for breakfast! So yummy.
Ingredients
1 serving chocolate protein powder
1 Tbsp. coconut flour
2 Tbsp. stevia
1/2 tsp. dark unsweetened cocoa powder
1 egg
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp. mini chocolate chips (I use Lily's Brand-low sugar, low carbs, and high in fiber)
Preparation
Grease a deep mug, set aside.
Whisk the egg and milk together.
Place all ingredients in with the egg and milk mixture, and stir until no clumps.
Add all of the ingredients in the greased mug.
Microwave for 60 seconds, and enjoy!

I have the Life’s Basics Pea Protein powder. Does 1 scoop mean the scoop that comes with it? It is 38.1 grams per 1 scoop.
