Pumpkin Power Bread


Protein bread, yes please!! Makes 9 slice. 

Ingredients

Dry:
Vanilla Protein Powder, 1 cup (around 4 scoops)
Almond or Oat Flour, 1/2 cup
Baking soda, 1 tsp.
Baking Powder, 1 tsp.
Cinnamon, 1 tbs.
Cloves, 2 tsp.
Ginger, 2 tsp.
Raisins, 1/4 cup
Dash of Salt

Wet:
Vanilla, 2 tsp.
Eggs, 2 whole
Egg whites, 4
Pumpkin puree, 3/4 cup

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add in your wet ingredients.
Blend the mix with a hand mixture for 2-3 minutes.
Pour the batter into a loaf pan sprayed with non-stick spray or line with parchment paper.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Times may vary slightly.
Let cool, slice, and enjoy, or….make french toast!
