Red Onion Stir-Fry


This stir-fry is full of color and a great addition to a summer meal. Toss it with some protein, and you have dinner. Makes 4 servings. 

Ingredients

1 medium red onion
1 cup of chopped broccoli
1 cup chopped sugar snap peas
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup Spinach
5 sprays Bragg Liquid Aminos
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon ground pepper
2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Sauté olive oil, celery, onions, broccoli, and sugar snap peas on medium heat in a frying pan.
Cook till the onions are translucent.
Add spinach, onion powder, garlic powder, and ground pepper.
Continue to sauté veggies for 3 minutes, add the Braggs Amino Acids.
Cook for another 2 minutes or until cooked.
