Roasted Broccoli and Brussels Sprouts

Super simple and always delicious!  If you’re looking for a yummy, easy veggie side dish your search is over… Roasted Broccoli and Brussels Sprouts and Parmesan is where it’s at! Serves 4.


1 lb. Frozen Broccoli
1 lb. Frozen Brussels Sprouts
1 Tbs. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Ms. Dash Garlic and Herb
1/4 Cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese or the dairy free version-Braggs Nutritional Yeast


1. Preheat oven to 420 degrees.
2. Toss broccoli and brussels sprouts in olive oil and Ms. Dash Garlic and Herb.
3. Once coated well add the Parmesan cheese or Nutritional Yeast and toss again.
4. Spread vegetables out on a foil lined cookie sheet.
5. Roast for 30-40 minutes or until vegetables are nice and crispy.
