A bowl of creamy oatmeal is a satisfying and great way to start the day, but the long cooking time makes these oats hard to execute on a weekday mornings. This slow cooker recipe will do all the work while you’re getting some needed shut-eye. And when you wake, will have a hot meal on the cold morning. A great way to wake up! Serves 4 bowls
Ingredients
1 cup gluten-free/ or regular steel cut or regular oats (Do not use quick oats)
4 cups FitPro Vanilla or Chocolate Protein
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup Stevia
1 Tbls. coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
Tip: If you don’t have FitPro Protein, use 4 cups unsweetened almond milk + 2 servings of protein powder of your choice.

Preparation
1. Combine all in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8hrs.
2. Serve with unsweetened almond milk or FitPro Protein and cinnamon.
Spice it up:
Top with fresh or frozen berries.
Add a pat of butter or coconut oil.
Drizzle with a little bit of honey.
