Need something easy to make that takes no time this is it! It can also be perfect meal to celebrate Cinco De Mayo in health!
Ingredients
1 lbs. extra ground turkey
1 can (15.5) organic black beans
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup medium salsa
1 medium chopped green pepper
1 chopped jalapeno pepper
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup crushed non-GMO corn chips
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup black olives
Mexican Spice: (1/2 tsp. of each)
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Red crushed chili pepper
Paprika
pepper
Preparation
Brown the extra lean ground turkey, until well done.
Add black olives, tomatoes, all peppers, black beans, onions, and salsa, stir.
Add spices and 1/8 cup of water, stir.
Sprinkle the corn chips and cheese evenly and keep the meal on the stove on low for 5 minute.
Serve and Enjoy!
