Trying out some new recipes just in time for the Superbowl. These were super easy to make and to make it even better you just had to add ingredients to the slow cooker and let it do it’s job.
Ingredients
1 lbs. of chicken tenders
1 cup fresh pineapple
2 sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon of honey
1/2 chopped medium onion
1 teaspoon of hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/2 cup of organic chicken broth (gluten-free)
1-6 oz. can of tomato paste
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Add all ingredients in the slow cooker.
Cook on medium heat for 6-8 hours, stirring every couple hours.
Serve and enjoy!
