A quick and simple stir fry intended to use up a pile of different veggies from the fridge, along with a healthy helping of protein (if you choose) and some simple seasonings. Add a protein with this recipe and it will complete your meal! Makes 3 Servings.
Ingredients
1 sweet onion
1 bag broccoli coleslaw
6 sprays Braggs Amino Acids
2 cloves minced fresh garlic
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger minced
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of Stevia
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 egg
Preparation
Chop onions, mince the garlic cloves and ginger.
Sautee broccoli slaw, onion garlic and ginger on medium heat in a frying pan.
Add Braggs amino acid spray, onion and garlic powder and mix well.
Once that is all sauteed add in the Stevia.
Lastly, beat the egg and add on top of the brocolli cabage mixture and stir well until the egg is completely baked.
Let sit for 3 minutes on low and serve.
