This is super yummy on chilly days, get it??!Chilly! This is super easy to make and great for just the family or for a small to large party.
Ingredients
1 lb. ground extra lean turkey or chicken
1 can-16 once of organic diced tomatoes or 2 cups fresh diced tomatoes
1 can-16 ounce organic light kidney beans
2 cups of spinach
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup water
Chili Powder mix:
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. Garlic cloves-minced
1 tsp. Sea Salt
1 tsp. Organic Cumin
1 tsp. Organic Cayenne
1 tsp. Organic Coriander
1 tsp. Organic Oregano
1 tsp. organic cloves
Preparation
Brown the ground turkey into a skillet over medium heat.
Stir in all the seasonings after the turkey is cooked.
Chop the spinach in a blender, so it is really fine.
Combine the ground turkey with tomatoes, kidney beans, chicken broth, water and spinach in a pan.
Cook for 5-10 minutes on medium temp, then simmer until ready to Enjoy!
