This is a great for those chilly nights, full of nutrition in one bowl!
Ingredients
2 cups chicken gluten-free broth
1 can of organic diced tomatoes
1 can of organic dices roasted tomatoes
3 cups of baby spinach|
1 lbs. of ground chicken
1 chopped yellow zucchini
1 chopped green zucchini
1 chopped red pepper
1 cup of chopped onion
1 cup of water
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of marjoram leaves
1 teaspoon of tarragon leaves
1 teaspoon of basil
Preparation
Directions:
Brown the ground chicken, and put in the slow cooker.
Pour in the chicken broth and water.
Add in spices, tomatoes, spinach, zucchini, red pepper, and onion.
Cook on warm for 6-8 hours in a slow cooker.
