I have been training with Dayna since March 2009. I initially started training with Dayna because I needed to prepare for a half marathon. She pushed me, and I made it through my first marathon at 51 years old. I do have an obstacle with hip pain, but Dayna modified my training to help me continue and strengthen me. I’m in better shape than I’ve ever been; I have a better attitude and am so happy to have her in my life. Dayna is motivating, encouraging, and helps me feel like a strong woman. My life has improved because I feel good about myself. I have more confidence and overall, I feel great!
