If there is a will, there is a way. This what I told myself when I made the commitment to start Dayna’s program. It is very easy to find excuses to not exercise or eat healthy. Dayna makes is very easy to do both of those things! She has many recipes available, and exercises that can be done anywhere and for any level.

The hardest thing for me is to find the time. I now get up at 5:00 am to fit in her program.  If I have an early meeting and cannot do 5 am, I will do 10-15 min of the day’s workout during my lunch, and finish the rest later.

After having two kids, I was what you might call a skinny fat. I wasn’t overweight, but was saggy everywhere, and unhealthy. I didn’t want to wear a swimsuit or tank tops because of my flab. I can confidently say that I was feeling much less flabby after just 30 days.

Dedication is the key!! Once you start this program, you will not stop!!!! It is such a great addiction and will make you a happier person. The BEST part is that you can do the workout anywhere. You can work on your laptop while standing doing squats. It can be fun for the kids to join you too! I do an ab workout with my 2 year old sitting on me.  My 5 year old likes to do jumping jacks with me. I have a love/hate relationship with burpees. To get through them, I have my 5 year old count for me. Make it fun!!!

Trust me, this is the best program out there!!!
