Before starting with Dayna, I always thought I was in shape. My eating was poor, and I was slowly putting on more and more weight each year. In addition, my running times weren’t improving either. My friend began training with Dayna and after seeing her results and positive energy, I wanted to try it out for myself. I was amazed at how quickly I was able to see results from Dayna’s training immediately — and my running times got better, too. I was hooked!

I have been training since 2007 and since then, have had two babies. I started training with Dayna and lost 7 pounds during the first week. I then got pregnant and stayed training with her so I could have an easier pregnancy. After having my babies, I lost another 10 lbs. Not only have I lost weight, but I’ve also grown stronger and increased endurance for running competitions and keeping up with my children.

Without even knowing it, Dayna was great at coaching me on nutrition. She would casually mention different pieces of  information into conversations, and with each session, I was learned more and more — not just about resistance training, but about overall health and well-being.

Since being with Dayna, I broke through my plateau and lost 10 more pounds and 11 inches. I haven’t been this kind of shape since college!

All of this health and fitness information is out there for the taking, but without motivation and accountability, people don’t do anything with that it! Dayna kept me motivated and held me accountable to my goals.

It is amazing how far you can push yourself beyond what you ever thought possible and achieve your goals. Dayna has introduced me to a healthier and happier lifestyle. So much so, that I am now a Certified Personal Trainer and LOVE what I do! I love to motivate others toward a healthier life just as Dayna did for me!
