I absolutely love your program and I tell everyone I know about it, I’m almost tempted to show my before and after pictures. I can really tell that my self-esteem has really gone up, and I feel not only healthy in my body but also in my mindset. Like most people, we all have negative vibes coming from every direction in our life, but knowing the tools to really shut down the negative self-talk and thinking has really helped shape the person I am today.

I just wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything. I have been trying to get a leaner body for the last 8 years, and I kind of would get there, but then fall off the “bandwagon”. I really can say the tools and education that you have taught me throughout this journey have helped me tremendously.

Watching what I eat, not only does it fill me with energy but leaves me a leaner body. I think that was my biggest problem back then–I would work out 5 days a week, but at night time I would eat more sugary, carb rich meals that would never get me the result I wanted to see.

I have been working really hard the last two months, working out around 6 days a week and trying to watch what I eat. I also, have not had any of my favorite sugary snacks in last two months, and just trying to eat lower carbohydrate meals at night. I looked at my very first pictures I sent you, and I have to say that my lower body has changed and I look and feel stronger than ever.

I just want you to know that what you are doing is changing people’s lives for the better and I thank you for that. You give me the inspiration every day!
