This was a dessert I made my husband on Father’s Day. This can be also a snack as well, since it is packed with protein and low in carbs. This is a winner since he was pretty impressed by the flavor and it being fairly clean eating dessert. This is not a dairy free food, but gluten/egg free.
Ingredients
3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (you can also use vanilla for a different taste)
1-2 packets of Stevia
Optional:
Toppings--crushed nuts, sprinkles, fruit or cinnamon.
Preparation
Blend in a blender till frothy.
Put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Add toppings if you choose.
