Just had another awesome run this morning! So I want to share how I started my awesome day!
Equiptment needed:
Treadmill and maybe some pumped up tunes!
I’m going to be honest, I can not listen to myself while I run. I need music to cover up my heavy breathing!! Haha…any way, tomorrow I will give you a list that I’m running to this week!
Push Past the Pain Workout
Start with a warm up at 8.0 inlcine at 4.0 mph for 5 minutes.
Alternate these two intervals for 8 times
Run at 4.0 incline at 8.0 mph for 2 minutes
Walk at 8.0 incline at 4.0 mph for 1 minutes
Cool Down with 4.0 inlcine and 4.0 mph for 5 minutes!
Have fun with this, it will be done quick!

Do u have any HIIT workouts for ellipticals? I have arthritis in my knees and can’t run on a treadmill.
I will work on some!
