Protein cookies–yes, please!
Ingredients
2 fresh juiced lemons
1/2 cup egg whites
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I used Life Basic vanilla protein powder)
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon of applesauce
1/2 cup powder Stevia
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together.
Scoop out a spoon size serving on a baking sheet (I used parchment paper, otherwise spray the sheet with non-stick spray).
Bake at 350 for 15 minute.
Let cool and enjoy!
