Ingredients
2 tablespoon pure pumpkin puree
2/3 cup egg whites
3/4 scoop vanilla protein
1/8 teaspoon all-spice
1/8 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 packets of Stevia
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together with a whisk.
When smooth in texture, pour 1-3 spoonfuls on a non-stick frying pan (I used coconut spray).
Bake till the pancakes are brown.
